Review: Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL

From faint to vibrant!
First off, a little demonstration. I used the colour no. 35 called "real red".

This is what my hair looked like before dyeing it. Now, I just want to say that the colour was before I started was EXACTLY the same, just faint.

(This is obviously how someone looks when their hair-colour has gone faint.)

So the dye works like all other at-home-hair-dyes I guess. Mix the tubey thing with the other thing, shake it up, apply and wait.

(Now this is obviously how someone whose hair-colour has gone faint is waiting for their hairdye to dye their faint hair.. Duuh!)

And this is the finished result when the hair has dried. Do excuse my lazy eye on the first picture, I don't know why it does that it just sometimes does.

SO - as you can see (hopefully) there is a very big difference in the colour on those pictures. That is definitely one thing I LOVE about this hair dye, the awesome colour! But sadly, it's also THE ONLY thing I like about this hair-dye. I hate everything else...
It faints super quickly, in only weeks my hair will start to looks dull and faint again. This colour actually washes out so much and so quickly that when I wash my hair and dry it with my towel, I will stain my towel red with hair dye. And NO, it's NOT because I didn't wash it out right, it's because of the poor quality of the hair dye. So you get awful staying power, stained towels and possibly clothes.

I have used this hair dye alot, ONLY due to the colour but lately I have become so tired of it that I've decided to choose a hair dye from another brand where the red might look more natural and boring, but at least stay better. Also alot of really bad allergic reactions has been reported from people who've used this hair dye. So I definently do not recommend this, you're money is better spent elsewhere.

Haul: Winter holiday 2012

Hi guys, last week it was winter holiday so I went home to my parents. I also bought a little something at H&M while I was there and some random stuff today i Lidl.
- Let's get started!

Random things first. I went to Lidl today (Lidl is a supermarket which originates from Germany) and bought this handcreamm it was very cheap and I'm kind of running out so I thought I'd try it out.

Here's a deodorant Aldi (another supermarket), I bought it mainly because I needed one and this one says "gut", simply meaning good ;)

These books were SO CHEAP! Seriously! Like 3 dollars, 1,5 pounds, whatever your currency is it's insanely cheap! And considering how expensive books are in Denmark I feel like I stole these!

He he he.. Sleek laughter! This is exactly what it looks like.. Salad seeds and a bowl. YES I AM going to plant salad, in a bowl, in my room, on boarding school.. It's just an experiment :)

I bought these Green Tea Arizona drinks 'cause I've never tasted them and I'm curious, but mainly because of the pretty and practical bottles. I have very high bottle-standards ;) they have to measure less than 20 centimeters and the plastic must be hard but still kind of softy. This is because there is a 20 centimeter space between my tap and the bottom of my sink, so taller bottles won't fit and the hardness of the plastic is just for security of not getting water all over my bag when I put it in my schoolbag.

Now for the, possibly more, interesting things. I bought this shirt at H&M, I feel quite flowery and ready for summer now ;)

And this.. Beautiful beautiful thing.. I feel fantastic when I wear it, it's insane. My mum was kind enough to by this for me. Pictures are from the official H&M website.

These were the original reason that I wanted to go to H&M. I got so inspired by PiinkSparkles' perfume collection video and noticed that I actually don't own any body sprays/splashes/mists myself. SO I saw these on the website, went to the store, smelled them, loved them and bought the. THESE SMELL SOOOO GOOD! The pink one is Guava and Fig, it smells super nice and yeah.. PINK, really, it smells pink! The green one is Cucumber and Pear and smells super nice like pear and has the lovely freshness of the cucumber.

The white one is White Blossom and it doesn't say anything else than that aaand.. I can't really identify which flower it is.. But it's very fresh, not to keen on it, think it has weird note but. Still OK. The black one on the other hand, MY GOSH, it's called Black Vanilla and that's really all it is. True, black, rich vanilla. No other weird scents just pure lovely vanilla - this is the best artificial vanilla scent I've ever smelled!

Lastly for some Wet'n'Wild cosmetics. The 8 pan Petal Pusher eyeshadow palette and single blush in Heather Silk. Will defiantly review the blush, it's very special..

Hope you have an awesome time, I have tons of ideas for new posts so stay tuned!

Makeup: Confronting my Wet 'n Wild palettes!

Hi guys. I am a big Wet 'n Wild lover. They're products are really good quality and they're very affordable!
I've got a couple of Wet 'n Wild palettes and I love the good quality of the shadows BUT every time I've tried to create looks with them it's failed utterly.
SO - I decided to confront my palettes and sat down on a dark dark night to make them work for me!
These are the two palettes in question. (Left) "I got good jeans" and (right) "Pride".
Here are the looks!

This palette is the one where there are printed into the shadow "lid, crease and browbone". I did more or less follow those "instructions" but I found that when I used the grey/silver shadow it looked very very bad! So instead I used the grey/silver shadow as an inner tear-duct highlight and under my lower eyelashes.

Now, this is the look i created with the Pride palette, my favorite indeed! Not much to say really..

I recently bought a new palette from Wet 'n Wild and have tried playing around with it a bit, so hopefully I'll soon shoot some pictures using that palette to show you :)
ALSO I want to apologize ALOT of my lack of blogging - NOT OK! But I've been having major computer issues and haven't been able to add pictures to my posts which is a bit sad when I want to show you guys something.
